You must have an insurance policy for liquor liability. However, all alcohol must be served by a licensed bar tender who complies with all local liquor laws. If you want to serve alcohol at your event, you may bring your own or use a catering service. It offers a list of preferred caterers, but you may use a caterer who is not on this list if you prefer. This venue does not provide any food or beverage services. The client shall not assign or sub-lease any terms, conditions or services contained in this contract or any interest therein without the written consent from The Barn on Chapel Road LLC. The Barn on Chapel Road LLC shall have the right to terminate this contract if the client fails to meet or violates any terms of the contract, in which case the provisions of this cancellation policy also apply. In the event of a cancellation, and The Barn on Chapel Road LLC is able to re-book a comparable event on the schedule date, the base fee will be refunded. There is a $1000.00 security deposit, non-refundable, when a date is reserved (A deposit says “I’m serious and I want to rent the barn.”) The remainder rental is $3,500.00 for Friday thru Saturday, (2 – 12 hr days), for the entire barn due 180 days, 6 months before your wedding.

The total number of guests does not affect the rental cost. The Barn on Chapel Road LLC is available Friday and Saturdays from April through October for weddings. We do offer great suggestions for wedding planners, photographers, designers of flower arrangement and centerpieces, caterers, DJ’s, and video/sound technician.
